OUR MISSION
To know God and love Jesus Christ.
It really is that simple. We act upon that mission in a number of ways. By sharing the good news with a neighbor, helping those in need within our community, and participating in projects across the country or even the globe, we strive to develop a deeper relationship with God and to share His goodness with those around us.
Our church is part of the Protestant “mainstream” and is widely involved in concerns of social justice. Disciple congregants across the globe vigorously support world and national programs of education, agricultural assistance, racial reconciliation, care of the developmentally disabled and aid for the victims of war and calamity.
As members of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), we confess that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God, and proclaim him Lord and Savior of the world. This knowledge guides all we do.
