groups

We gather together in many ways. Whether sharing food, traveling, serving, creating, or just socializing, our groups share goals and interests with each other. There is something for any age and it's easy to get involved!

The women gather in August for lunch at a local restaurant and to select 8 books for the coming months. All ages are represented and all genres are considered, including Columbia’s One Read. All women are most welcome!

shawl ministry

This group meets once a month to knit or crochet and share fellowship. Although the group began by just making shawls and throws for church members who were experiencing sorrow or celebrations, it has expanded to include hats and scarves for the homeless, hats and scarves for Operation School Bell, twiddle muffs for Alzheimer’s patients, lap robes for nursing homes, and dish cloths for True North. Each item is made with love and a prayer. All skill levels are welcome, including beginners who want to learn.

Christian women's fellowship

Women of the church join together through several different ministry groups in worship, bible study, issue & mission study, service/action, fellowship & networking, leadership training, and stewardship.

brotherhood of men

Men of the church gather in this group for fellowship, fundraising, and acts of service.
